  4.   Please note that we have changed the format of the network distribution file
  5.   starting this month. The IN-xxxx.ZIP file (this file) is the bare bones net-
  6.   work information file  with all of the information that a  current or future
  7.   network sysop may need.  The INB-xxxx.ZIP file was created which will be our
  8.   network newsletter with more in depth (we hope)  information on what's going
  9.   on with the network. We hope the new format meets with your approval, but if
  10.   you have any questions or suggestions feel free to drop me a note in the NET
  11.   STAFF conference.
